Once you place an order you will receive your confirmation online. Please print this confirmation for your records. A copy of your invoice will be sent to the email address you provided. Make sure you enter a valid email address. You will also be emailed notification when your order is shipped with delivery tracking information. - How do I track my order?
Click my account to log on to your account and click the 'View Your Order/Billing History' link located at the top of the screen. Order status and tracking information can be found here. Call us at 1-888-670-0092 if you need further assistance. You will also receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number, and provides a direct link to the carrier's package-tracking site. - How do I change my order?
You can still make changes to your order in the shopping cart at anytime prior to clicking the 'Complete Purchase’ button. Once you click the 'Complete Purchase’ button at the end of the checkout process, our system will not allow you to change or cancel orders online. Please call us at 1-888-670-0092 for assistance.

- Adding an item to your shopping cart
When you see an item you want to buy, click on "Buy Now". This places the item in your shopping cart, and you will be taken to your shopping cart page. To continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping". When you're finished shopping, click "View Cart" from the top banner, then click “Checkout Now.” - How do I remove items from my cart?
There are two ways to remove an item from your cart. Simply enter the number "0" in the Quantity box or hit the “Delete” button next to the quantity. After you have made your changes, click on "Update Cart" just below the product box. At any time you may click "Empty Cart" to clear everything and start over. You may also leave the shopping cart and continue shopping at any time by clicking "Continue Shopping" at the top or bottom of the page. - How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?
From your shopping cart you may change the quantity of any item by clicking in the "Quantity" box on the left-hand side and entering a new quantity. After you have changed the quantity, click on "Update Cart" below the product box to update your cart. - Cart Checkout
Once you are satisfied with the items and quantities in your shopping cart, you may proceed to our secure checkout by clicking on "Checkout Now”. Here you may include any applicable comments or coupons with your order, and enter your billing and shipping information. Note: Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

- Creating a User Account
Creating an account is optional at ActiveOutfitters. However, creating an account can make it faster and easier the next time you shop with us.. With an ActiveOutfitters account, you can shop and checkout with stored billing and shipping information using a login and a password. All of your addresses will automatically appear during checkout, so you do not have to enter it in again. You can even setup and access your wish list. - Billing Information
Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Any incorrect information may cause a delay in processing of your order or complete cancellation of your order. - Shipping Information
You can store multiple shipping addresses in your address book for easier shopping and checkout. Please note that we do not currently ship to Post Office Boxes. - Editing your account information
Click “My Account,” log in to your account and click on one of the links under 'manage account'. You can then change or add shipping & billing addresses, change your email address, password or account name. You can also view the status and history of any orders.Please Note: Changing the address in your account will affect only future orders. Pending orders will need to be changed by calling 1-888-670-0092 and can only be done prior to the order shipping. - I forgot my password
Below the log in prompt, enter your email address in the “Forgot Your Password?” section and click ‘Request A New Password.” You will receive your password in an email.

- Return Policy
Our policy is simple – if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Simply send your purchase back for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Details: Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition. All tags need to be included with the return. You will receive an immediate refund to your account for the full price and taxes less shipping charges once ActiveOutfitters has received and verified the condition of the merchandise.

- Where we ship
We ship within the 48 contiguous Unites States, Alaska, Hawaii. We will also ship to military addresses including APO, FPO & PCS. - Shipping Options
- FREE Shipping: FREE shipping orders will be shipped via the most cost effective option. This can either be ground or 3-day shipping depending upon the product and its destination.
Available for: Contiguous U.S. on orders over $50.00 - Ground Shipping: Ground shipments, in the Contiguous U.S., typically arrive 1-7 days after processing depending on the exact origin/destination.
Available for: Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii. - 3-Day via UPS: 3-Day Shipments, in the Contiguous U.S., shipments are delivered on the 3rd Business Day after your order is processed.
Available for: Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii. - 2-Day via FedEx or UPS: 2-Day Shipments, in the Contiguous U.S., arrive on the 2nd Business Day after processing.

- Overnight via UPS: Overnight Shipments, in the Contiguous U.S., arrive on the Next Business Day after processing.

- How to calculate shipping
Shipping prices can be calculated in your shopping cart. 1. Add an item or items to your Shopping Cart 2. Enter your Zip Code 3. Click “Calculate Shipping” 4. You can then view your shipping options and prices - When will my order be shipped?All orders are processed Monday –Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Any order received before 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday will be sent out that day. Shipments are only delivered on business days.
- Out-of-Stock Products
We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, from time-to-time we may sell out of a particular item. If the item you order is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day of your order.

- Payment Options
At this time, We accept Visa and MasterCard as our payment options. Select any one of these options at checkout on our web site. Or, order toll free at 1-888-670-0092. - Sales Tax
We only have to charge sales tax for customers that are located in the state we are in, which happens to be the beautiful state of Colorado. If you live in Colorado, you have to pay sales tax, sorry. - Invoice copies
An invoice will be emailed to you as a confirmation of your order immediately after you place your order. To request another copy of your order, please email support@activeoutfitters.com to request another copy. Please provide your name and order number. - When will my credit card or debit/check card be charged?
Funds will be authorized when you place the order. Your account will be charged when we collect payment from your credit or debit/check card issuing company just prior to shipping your order. - Why is there an authorization against my debit/check card?
Please be aware that an authorization will be placed against the funds in your account for the full amount of your order. The authorized funds are unavailable for withdrawal even though we have not yet collected the funds from your account. If you choose to cancel your order before we collect payment, we will not bill your debit/check card. However, each bank determines when this authorization will be released from your card, ranging from 24 hours to 7 days later.

- How to Purchase
The process for purchasing Gift Cards is exactly like purchasing a product. In the left-hand navigation bar, you will find our Gift Shop link. Click on the value of the card you wish to purchase in click “Buy Now.” This will take you to the Shopping Cart screen. If you are satisfied with your Gift Card amount, click “Checkout Now,” or you may click “Continue Shopping,” if there are other items you would like to shop for. - How to Redeem
On the Shopping Cart page, enter the Gift Card code into the Box titled “Coupon or Gift Card.” Then click “Update Cart” and your new total should appear in the summary.
